In January 2025, our team came together to celebrate last year’s achievements and set the tone for an exciting year ahead. The event featured highlights from 2024, breakout sessions focused on Q1 priorities, and collaborative workshops that encouraged bold thinking for the months ahead. We wrapped up the day with a fun team-building activity and a social mixer, strengthening our connections and energizing us for the year to come.

In May 2025, our team gathered on the island of Bornholm for an inspiring event filled with collaboration, reflection, and shared experiences. Surrounded by beautiful nature, we strengthened connections, built new energy, and enjoyed memorable moments together.

The day was filled with energy, collaboration, and a few surprises. Beyond the presentations, it was a moment to connect as colleagues, strengthen our bonds, and celebrate the people who make FLEXECHARGE what it is.

The ICNC unites leaders from automakers, charge point operators, software providers, and energy companies to drive eMobility forward. This year’s theme highlights the shift from pure technology rollout to seamless charging experiences building trust, loyalty, and confidence so every driver can choose EVs without worry.
