Keep Charging Live with Broker Forking
Run multiple backends without putting live charging at risk. HARMON-E broker forking sends charger requests to a primary and a secondary backend at the same time. The secondary stays in sync as a hot standby and takes over mid-session if the primary disconnects, so charging keeps running. A service backend can run in parallel, limited to the tasks you allow, such as remote diagnostics or charger resets. Download the brochure to see the architecture and how fleet depots use it for site-level resilience.
