Meet FLEXECHARGE at Power2Drive Europe 2026: the FLEXBOX, HARMON-E and co-located BESS

From June 23–25, 2026, FLEXECHARGE will be exhibiting at Power2Drive Europe in Munich, one of Europe’s key trade shows for charging infrastructure, e-mobility, and energy management.

You will find us at Booth B6.185, where we will showcase how Charge Point Operators can scale EV charging infrastructure with more standardisation, more local control, and stronger site economics.

This year, our presence will focus on three connected themes:

- FLEXBOX - our plug-and-play local control and connectivity unit for grid integration, on-site asset networking, and local load & energy management.

- HARMON-E - our platform layer for central monitoring, configuration, optimisation, and operational visibility across charging sites.

- BESS Value Stacking - a strategic use case showing how co-located battery storage can support charging operations while unlocking additional commercial value.

Together, these three layers show how CPOs can move beyond basic charging infrastructure and build charging sites that are more reliable, more grid-aware, and ready for the next stage of energy optimisation

What awaits you at our Booth

FLEXECHARGE Booth B6.185

1. FLEXBOX: the local control layer for scalable charging infrastructure

As charging networks scale, every site becomes more complex.

More chargers. More power. More grid constraints. More interfaces. More local energy assets to coordinate.

For CPOs, this creates a major operational challenge: the physical site may always be project-specific, but the control and communication layer should not be reinvented every time.

That is exactly where the FLEXBOX comes in.

FLEXBOX is a compact, plug-and-play hardware unit that standardises the local control layer of a charging site. It connects chargers, meters, battery storage, solar PV, building loads, and grid operator signals into one local architecture. Installed directly at the site, FLEXBOX runs load and energy management locally, helping operators maintain reliable charging operations even when cloud connectivity is unavailable. It also provides the technical interfaces needed for grid operator integration, making it easier to adapt to local requirements without turning every new site into a custom engineering project.

For CPOs, this means:

- Faster and more predictable rollouts

- Reduced engineering and integration effort

- Standardised grid and asset interfaces

- Reliable local load and energy management

- Better operational control across sites

- A future-ready foundation for BESS, flexibility, and advanced optimisation

In short: FLEXBOX standardises what should repeat, so charging operators can scale what makes them different.

2. HARMON-E: central visibility, configuration and optimisation

FLEXBOX provides the local intelligence at the site. HARMON-E provides the platform layer that makes this intelligence visible, configurable, and scalable across an entire network.

At our booth, we will dedicate a half-wall to showcasing the HARMON-E UI, giving visitors a closer look at how charging infrastructure can be monitored, configured, and optimised from one central platform.

The HARMON-E showcase will highlight how operators can gain visibility into site performance, grid control status, local setpoints, charging load, asset behaviour, and operational events. It will also show how local control through FLEXBOX connects with cloud-based monitoring, configuration, alerting, and optimisation.

This is an important part of the FLEXECHARGE story.

Because reliable charging infrastructure is not only about having a strong local controller. It is also about giving operations teams the tools to understand what is happening, configure sites efficiently, and manage a growing network with confidence.

With FLEXBOX and HARMON-E together, CPOs get both layers:

Local execution at the site. Central control and visibility across the network.

3. BESS Value Stacking: turning battery storage into a stronger business case

Alongside FLEXBOX and HARMON-E, we will also focus on one of the most important questions for the next generation of charging sites:

How can CPOs use co-located Battery Energy Storage Systems to improve operations and unlock additional value?

Battery storage is increasingly becoming part of the charging infrastructure conversation. But simply installing a battery is not enough. To create a strong business case, operators need to understand how BESS can support multiple use cases at the same time.

At Power2Drive, we will explore how co-located BESS can support:

- Peak shaving

- Boost charging

- Energy cost optimisation

- Better use of limited grid capacity

- Future participation in flexibility and VPP-related services

This is where the connection between FLEXBOX, HARMON-E and BESS becomes important.

FLEXBOX enables local coordination of the site. HARMON-E provides monitoring, configuration, and optimisation logic. Together, they create the control foundation needed to make BESS a valuable operational and commercial asset - not just an expensive battery sitting next to the chargers.

Product deep- dives on the booth

We are not only bringing technology to Power2Drive. We are also sharing practical insights with two dedicated product dives at our booth:

- June 23 at 13:00 (Our booth B6.185): "Co-Located BESS and Value Stacking for EV Charging Sites." Discover how Battery Energy Storage Systems can support EV charging operations while unlocking additional value streams.

Christophe will explore practical strategies for combining peak shaving, load shifting, boost charging, and energy optimisation to maximise the return on co-located energy assets.

This session is designed for CPOs and charging infrastructure operators who are considering BESS deployment or want to understand how storage can become part of a stronger charging site business case.

- June 24 at 13:00 (Our booth B6.185): "FLEXBOX: Local Control for Grid-Integrated Charging Infrastructure." Learn how FLEXBOX helps operators standardise the local control layer of charging sites.

Jan will show how FLEXBOX connects chargers, batteries, solar PV, meters, buildings, and grid operator signals into one local architecture — enabling reliable load and energy management directly at the site.

This session is especially relevant for CPOs scaling high-power charging infrastructure, fleet depots, or commercial charging sites where grid constraints, local control, and operational reliability are becoming critical.

Why this matter now

EV charging infrastructure is entering a new phase.

The first phase was about deploying chargers. The next phase is about making charging infrastructure scalable, reliable, grid-aware, and economically optimised.

For CPOs, this means solving several challenges at once:

- How to manage grid constraints

- How to integrate & control batteries

- How to maintain charging reliability

- How to reduce operational complexity

- How to prepare for future flexibility opportunities

- How to standardise across a growing network

FLEXECHARGE helps operators address these challenges through a combination of local intelligence, central platform visibility, and advanced energy management.

With the FLEXBOX, HARMON-E, and our approach to colocated BESS, we help CPOs build charging sites that are not only connected to the grid, but ready to interact with it intelligently
