Electra is one of Europe’s fastest-growing Charge Point Operators, with more than 500 ultra-fast stations and 3,000 charge points already in operation. As demand for EV charging grows, so do the challenges of scaling.

In France and Switzerland, Electra’s busiest sites face heavy peaks in usage, pushing the limits of their grid connections and putting the driver experience at risk. At the same time, expansion into Austria and Germany comes with another obstacle: strict regulations that require full compliance with local grid operators before stations can even operate.

Without a smarter way to manage energy across sites, Electra risked slower growth, higher costs, and reduced reliability for drivers.
